Here’s How a Service Call Works
We keep it simple and transparent — no surprises.
Tell us your brand, model number, and what the refrigerator is doing. We’ll ask a couple of quick questions and give you a repair cost range right then. No charge for the phone consult.
Same-day appointments are usually available for calls before noon. We give a two-hour arrival window — not a six-hour block. Our tech will confirm the window by phone before heading to you.
The $75 diagnostic fee covers the full inspection. We identify the exact problem, give you the repair cost, and explain what caused the failure. You decide whether to proceed — no pressure either way. If you repair, the $75 applies to the total.
We carry OEM parts for Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, GE, Frigidaire, KitchenAid, and Maytag. Most common repairs — ice maker, water valve, fan motor, start relay — complete in the first visit. We’ll tell you if we need to order a part and schedule a follow-up.
