These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and your engagement of repair services from Aurora Refrigerator Repair. By using this website or scheduling service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Aurora Refrigerator Repair provides in-home refrigerator repair and diagnostic services in Aurora, CO and surrounding ZIP codes. Services include diagnosis, repair, parts replacement, and maintenance of residential refrigerators and freezers. We service all major brands including Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, GE, Frigidaire, Maytag, and others.

Service is available Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Emergency and after-hours calls may be accommodated subject to availability.

2. Scheduling and Appointments

Appointments are scheduled by phone at (720) 606-7970 or through our website contact form. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the appliance and problem
• Ensure safe and reasonable access to the appliance at the scheduled time
• Have a person aged 18 or older present at the property during the service visit
• Notify us at least 2 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule

3. Diagnostic Fee

A $75 diagnostic fee applies to all service calls. This fee covers travel to your location and a complete diagnosis of the appliance problem. The diagnostic fee is applied as a credit toward any repair authorized during the same visit. The diagnostic fee is non-refundable if you decline the recommended repair after diagnosis.

4. Estimates and Authorization

Before performing any repair, we will provide you with a flat-rate written or verbal estimate for the total cost of parts and labor. No repair work will be performed without your explicit authorization. If the scope of repair changes during the service visit (e.g., a second problem is discovered), we will provide a revised estimate and obtain your authorization before proceeding.

5. Payment

Payment is due in full at time of service completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards. We do not collect payment information through this website. In the event of a returned check, a returned check fee of $35 will apply.

6. Parts and Labor Warranty

We warrant all parts and labor against defects for 90 days from the date of service. If the same problem recurs within 90 days and is attributable to a part we installed or work we performed, we will return and correct the issue at no charge for labor, and will cover the replacement part at our cost.

This warranty does not cover:

• New or unrelated problems that develop after service
• Damage caused by misuse, power surges, flooding, or other external factors
• Manufacturer defects in parts supplied by third-party manufacturers
• Problems caused by pre-existing conditions not related to the repair performed
• Appliances that have been worked on by another technician after our service visit

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from a service visit is limited to the amount paid for that service visit. We are not responsible for consequential or incidental damages including, but not limited to, food spoilage, property damage not directly caused by our technician’s negligence, or lost time.

We are not liable for pre-existing conditions in the appliance or its installation that are unrelated to the repair requested.

8. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the appliance problem at time of booking
• Disclose any prior repair work on the appliance by other technicians
• Provide safe working conditions and reasonable access to the appliance
• Inform us of any hazardous conditions at the property
• Not misrepresent the condition or ownership of the appliance

9. Website Use

This website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate service requests. You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reproduce, distribute, or modify site content without written permission
• Submit false or misleading information through our contact forms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of this website without notice.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, and layout — is the property of Aurora Refrigerator Repair or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or use site content without written permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes arising from these Terms or from service provided shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Arapahoe County, Colorado.
